Hi,
I'm running a batch process macro to analyse micrographs using the standard threshold/analyze particles approach. I was wondering if there was a way to have some kind of quality control flags be entered into the summary table as the data is output there.
My problem is that some of the micrographs vignette and so the thresholding can go wrong resulting in underestimates of particle counts. Currently the only way to solve this problem is to go through each photo, note those that vignette and do them manually.
Any ideas anyone?
