AnalyzeSkeleton update: loop detection and pruning

Dear all,

I updated the AnalyzeSkeleton ImageJ/Fiji plugin to allow loop
detection and pruning. Here you are the details:

Note for developers: since the code grew into different files, i have
now create a package (skeleton_analysis) to include them all.

Please, let me know any possible bug!
