Anayze Cell Counter Plugin Issue

Hello,

I am trying to quantify organelles using the Cell Counter Plugin but it
occasionally does not initalize the images to allow me to begin counting.  I
have reset the program or reopened the file and it still does not work.  It
does not seem to be a memory issue as randomly the following day it will be
working again.  Does anyone else have this issue or know how to solve it?
