HI,
if you use the built in selection tools, simply look in the message area of the ImageJ windows, there you will find exactly what you are looking for! This info disappears later, but can be restored when you click inside the ROI area with the left mouse button (as if you would like to move it around a bit!) If you use any other tool, it clearly depends............ I am using the tool that allows me to circumscribe a portion of the image, but would like to know if there is a command/plugin that will allow ImageJ to give me the dimension (in pixels) of the maximum width and height of the outlined portion. When I obtain measurements from Analyze>Measure a small window pops up with values for Mean, Maximum, Minimum and Area. I am not exactly sure what the first three measurements refer to, so any explanation would be helpful as well. Thank you so much. ~Katherine ______________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned by the MessageLabs Email Security System.
