Apply bayer pattern color to a grayscaled binary raw image

Hi,
Hope can provide some guidance in:

1. How to apply bayer pattern color to a grayscaled binary raw image? Either GRBG, BGGR, etc..oo (demosaicing).
2. The image is coded either, 8bit or 10 bit. ImageJ only display 16 bit of pixel value when pointed at certain area. How to make it display value with selected bit depth? eg when we point at certain area of the image, it will display value within range of 0-1024 for 10 bit image.
3. How to do demosaicing like fast linear or any blending of pixel to produce final image?
