Area% of certain selection

Hi All,

For some reason I'm unable to get the Area% of an ROI within a specific Area.

I'm trying to measure the Area% of an article within a one cell and for ImageJ to ignore all the other articles in other cells. I've successfully been able to threshold the article. Other cells also contain the threshold article. So, I use the magic want to only select one cell w/ the specific article inside and click Analyze Particle. However, Imagej still analyzes the articles in the other cells. Am I missing something?
