Measuring droplet generation using a microfluidic droplet generator

Hello,
I am running an experiment in my research lab and so far we have acquired the data but I am having a hard time analyzing it. I am trying to measure the number of droplets formed per second over the duration of the video recording. I attached an image of what the device looks like. So far I measure droplet generation with my eyes, can anyone suggest a better method? Is there a code I could use or a function on imagej?
