Hi,
I am using JFilament to outline cell membranes. I would like to be able to automate the set up (specifically the beta and gamma values, and selecting contour) as well as deforming and tracking the snake through the stack using a macro. I feel like this might be a tall order but if anyone has any ideas about how to do this it would be greatly appreciated!
