Hi all,
i try to get some type of results from ImageJ but I am not able to record the whole process as a macro. And also the results are a little different I would like them.
I have about 1000 pictures to analyse and would be very glad if someone could help me to automatize the analysis process with a custom designed macro.

previous steps:
Open ImageJ
Open an "image sequence" or import an "image sequence" (already grayscale)
manual possible by:
Image duplicate.
On duplicated image: Image> adjust> threshold> 13 to 255
ImageJ:
Analyse> Set Measurements> (Area, Mean Gray value, Stack position, Redirect to "original Image")
Analyse> Analyse Particles> (size: x-y, circularity: x-y, display results, clear results)
in search of automatization of:
Image duplicate.
On duplicated image: Image> adjust> threshold> x to 255
ImageJ:
Analyse> Set Measurements> (Area, Mean Gray value, Stack position, Redirect to "original Image")
Analyse> Analyse Particles> (size: x-y, circularity: x-y, display results, clear results)
give different results:
show number of slice in first column
calculate sum of particles for each slice and show it in second column
make the product of "Area" and "Mean" for each particle, then make the sum of products for all the particles in each slice and show it in third column
