Autoscale issue when opening Micro-Manager ome tiffs in FIJI

Hi all,

I've noticed that if i open an ome tiff stack file created in micro-manager and open in FIJI the image is not autoscaled, in fact the maximum is set to zero and brightness/contrast is set to max.  I see there is an option in Appearance to Auto contrast stacks, however this doesn't seem to work on the ome tiffs, as they're not really classed as stack files.

Is there a way that i can make FIJI autoscale these files when opening without using the Bio-formats importer?
