Avoid final message (IJ.Message) when a macro call a plugin

Dear all, I'm working on a macro that call a plugin(http://fiji.sc/Stitching_2D 3D#Stitch_Image_Grid_Sequence); this plugin gives a final message at the end of his work, asking user to click on a message box ("Ok"). Is it possible to avoid that message (may be changing the corresponding line in his code)?
