Hello, I am extremely new to ImageJ and need help with an application. I have an image that has a circular particle within a square particle. I am hoping to calculate the center of the square, center of the circle, and compare the two values (and also display the two analyzed outlines of the particles). Does anyone know how to do this? Anything helps! Thanks!
