The base LSM Reader provides such function, but the output is grayscale
(raw channels data). For getting all the channels with the original
colors, you can use the LSM_Batch_With_Colors macro
available from :
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/macros/LSM_Batch_With_Colors.txtA new version of this macro that will also output a merged image with
all channels will be posted to the list next week.
