Binary Mask to ROI

Fabrice Senger
Hello,

until today when I need to create a mask to make measures in an image, I
binarize my image run "particle analysis", and add the particles to ROI
manager.

Now, when I want to measure the whole set of ROI's, I have to select
them manually, then combine them and then make measure on the whole surface.

As ImageJ is smart, I'm sure there is a much better way to do that.

Any suggestions are welcome,

Thanks a lot,

Fabrice.

Hi Fabrice,

it is not completely clear to me what you need, but wouldn't
ROI Manager Button "More >> " > "Combine" do the job, if you
have *no* roi selected? (use the ROI Manager "Deselect" button
for this)

Thank you very much,

actually I never tried the combine function with no ROI selected.

All the best,

Fabrice.
