The ImageJ Bio-format Import plugin converts LEICA files to tiff images without problems.
Conversly when I try to use the Bio-Formats command line tool, the LEICA file is not read correctly!
>> bash showinf inputFile.lei

Alternatively how do I write a macro in ImageJ that gives me the list of all the files currently open, so that i can save them sequentially? thanks in advance
