The new version of nd stack builder, including goodies (import of Metamorph ROI files) is now available from the ImageJ wiki: http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:inputoutput:nd_stacks_builder:start. I've just created the page, so no manual is yet available (coming soon...)
