I released a new version of Bio7. In the Bio7 2.0 release many new features have been added.
Some Highlights are:
- Built upon Eclipse 4.4.
- Embedded the powerful Eclipse JDT editor as the default Java editor.
- Java 8 in process (dynamic) compilation
- Integrated JavaFX SceneBuilder to create embeddable GUI’s on the fly.
- Improved R editor with syntax check, outline display, QuickFixes etc.
- Embedded a full R debugging GUI.
- Improved Table component editing features.
- Improved native console access.
- Bio7 is now compatible with most of the Eclipse plugins.
New Imagej to R methods:
- Stack data transfer (also possible as a RasterStack).
- Improved "Particle Analysis" value transfer.
- "Results Table" data transfer.
- Detached ImageJ views from opened tabs.
