Hello, ImageJ'ers!
I have a large number of particles in my field of view, that I image as a function of time, thus creating a stack. The particles do not move in X Y, but their intensity is changing from slice to slice. I am detecting them (threshold, then analyze particles) on a Z-projection of and am adding all of them to the ROI manager. Now I would like to have all of their intensities as a function of time. Sure, I can "Z-axis profile" for each one of them, but this is very tedious. The question is whether you are aware of some method to have the time profiles oaf all the ROIs registered in the ROI manager?
