Dear all,
My RVC colleagues and I have been invited to submit a full application to the Wellcome Trust to fund a research software engineer to work on BoneJ.
The main thrust of the project will be to turn BoneJ into an ImageJ2 plugin, with automatic updating, dependency management and all that niceness, and to incorporate some better workflows and new features to enable better biomedical science. Key to gaining support is proving that there is a community need for these improvements.
If you could spare a couple of minutes it would be great if you could complete the BoneJ community survey (
http://tinyurl.com/bonejcommunity ) and let us know:
i) how (or if!) you are using BoneJ
ii) what specific developments to BoneJ would help you with your science, and how
http://tinyurl.com/bonejcommunityBest regards,
Michael
