Hi,
when the RoiManager option "Use ROI names as labels" is activated the checkbox "Labels" doesn't have any effect. The labels are always shown. I'm using ImageJ 1.49u. Cheers, Thorsten -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |

It seems to work fine in v1.49v5. I always check the latest build before reporting a bug in an older version. Cheers Gabriel -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |

Dear Gabriel,
the bug still exists on ImageJ 1.49v10. See screenshot attached. Dear Wayne,
I think there is still an issue with the ROI Manager. If I make a selection and have already a series of ROIs in the manager with 'Associate "Show All" ROIs with slices' selected the last drawn ROI is still visible in all slices when I move through the stack. Also, I think (but I am not sure) that in the past when I went to the next slice to create a new ROI the ROI from the previous slice disappeared while now the previous ROI is still visible in the next slice. It only disappears when I de-select and re-select "Show All" or first select something else. Best wishes Kees -----Original Message----- From: ImageJ Interest Group [mailto:[hidden email]] On Behalf Of Rasband, Wayne (NIH/NIMH) [E] Sent: 22 June 2015 21:53 To: [hidden email] Subject: Re: Bug in RoiManager: Use ROI names as labels > On Jun 22, 2015, at 10:02 AM, Thorsten Wagner <[hidden email]> wrote: > > Hi, > > when the RoiManager option "Use ROI names as labels" is activated the > checkbox "Labels" doesn't have any effect.
