Hello all,

I need to know how can i interpret the f() values, Image error (s-t) values, lambda values and the final optimal direct similarity error in the 'Results' window.

Hello Abidi,

The f() values are the values of the energy function that the method is
trying to minimize (see equation 1 of the paper
http://biocomp.cnb.csic.es/~iarganda/bUnwarpJ/downloads/arganda_carreras_CVAMIA06.pdf).
The function has four terms: image similarity, landmark fitting (optional),
deformation regularization and transformation consistency (i.e. how close
is one deformation to be the inverse of the opposite one).
