Cell Counter and export image function

Hello

I'm using the Cell Counter plugin and want to save the pictures with
markers but the export image function doesn't work (nothing happens after
selectin the export image). Can someone tell me what could be the reason?

I'm using ImageJ 1.38x

Using ij 1.41f and Java 1.6.0_05 on windoze, cell counter exported images
with markers fine.  I just downloaded ij 1.38x from the archive and it
worked fine as well.  Any other error messages?  May be you can enable
debug mode to see what's going on.

 Dear all,

I have a stack TIFF image with 5 slices. Could I use slice(1) as a mask
and apply mask to slice(2)? I found when I use ImageJ and convert image
to mask, it will automatically convert all slice images to masks.
