Hi - A couple questions about Cell Counter Plug in. 1. Is it possible to change the names of the Types in the Cell counter? For example, I'd like to rename these to different species. 2. I have hundreds of images to analyse - I see that I can open multiple images and create a Stack (But how do you open multiple images at one time?). I see the Results table reflects the counts for each image (Slice) - Can I set the file name to be the row label, rather than just Slice 1, 2, 3,....?
Thanks! Paul |

I don't have the answer for the above, but was wondering the same thing and was hoping reposting would send this out again. Does anyone out there know how to change the types to species names?
Thanks! |

Hi Stamis,
I've been using the cell counter but can't find anywhere to change the types to the species I want. Do you know how to make the results table editable or the cell counter pop up before I start selecting species? I tried to monitor the coding so I could insert my own titles, but because it's already a set up plugin, it didn't allow me to...From what I've tried, the only way to label by species name using cell counter is to export my results to excel, which I'd rather not do for this project. ______________________________________________________________________________

Dear J (???)
I am sorry I do not think the names can be changed and I do not have the code. Maybe you could contact the author directly? However I do have the code of an earlier version of cell counter (which I attach) and the names can be changed in there. I only hope the functionality of this version is enough for your needs.
