Cell counting with grid

Hi:
I am trying to count positive cells with the grid on in
immunohistochemistry sections. I am encountering problems when I do this
as the grid goes away as soon as I initialise ( from the cell counter
lugin) my picture. It would be great if somebody could give me advice in
this regard. It would be great if I can get a number to call  for
technical assistance.

I had the same question about a month ago, so I'll try to save Wayne the
need to reply.  You need to download the Plugin Grid2 from the same
site, that one is embedded in the image and will stay when you
initialize the Cell counter.
