This should be quite simple Start with an image Then Image/color/edit LUT A window appears that allows you to edit the a LUT With the mouse select the top left square and end with the bottom right square The software asks you for the RGB combination for the top left square (lowest value) Maybe 0,0,0 which be black Then the combination for the last (most intense) square Maybe 128,128,255 Blue set to 255 and R & G to 128, a blue plus grey - All the intermediate values are interpolated. Save the new LUT in Imagej's LUTS folder and restart. The LUT will now be available. Maybe the Cyan LUT is working for you (Image > Lookup Tables> Cyan). Or you can take any LUT, select Image > Color >Edit LUT... and select all the fields in the Editor. It will then ask you the start values for Red, Green and Blue and after 'OK' for the end Values for Green, Red and Blue and then fill in the gradient for the LUT automatically, so you can create any LUT to your own taste. Thanks Jeremy-worked perfectly. I used 115-red, 175-green, 255-blue to get
the desired hue.
