Channel removal question

Guglielmo Zanghi
Hello,

I need to merge the blue channel with the green channel (with two epifluorescence microscope images), but rather than adding what is seen on both image, to remove what is seen on the green channel in the blue channel, to confirm the presence of cells.

How can I do that?

Thank you very much

Hi
If I understand correctly, this is a simple subtraction operation, then why not use the image calculator (In the main menu: Process, then choose Image calculator)? You can choose the channel you want to subtract from the other.
Good luck
