To All,
I have been looking at the various colocalization plugins that are
listed on the IJ web site, and I note that all of them are based on
an analysis of the complete image. Since often most of the image
does not show colocalization, the values for the coefficients may be
skewed by the background, etc.
I was wondering if it were possible to use the synch windows feature
to allow the routines to give values for selected portions of an
image. At the moment, I am forced to crop the image to get a local
area.
Suggestions?
