Colocalization thresholds

Giulia Falivelli
Hi all,

I just started using Image J and I am trying to do a colocalization
analysis using the plugin "Colocalization thresholds". I used the z-stack
of
my images (2 channels), but I don't fully understand all the output values
that I have in the file Results.
Can somebody help me to understand the meaning (or pointing me to the
right
  source) of: Rtotal, Rcoloc, R<threshold, M1, M2, tM1, tM2, Ncoloc.

The tutorial that I found here
  http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/wiki/index.php/ColocalizationAnalysis
was not too helpful in understanding these values

  Thanks

  Giulia

Personally, aside from the original papers, I Find that Tony Collins'
ImageJ for microscopy was most helpfull to understand those results.

Good luck
