ColocalizeRGB plugin clarification

Dear All,

 

Further to my previous message, it is just the ColocalizeRGB plugin
which I am wondering about. I see that the Colocalization one is
supposed to be shown in white as per the documentation so my apologies
for asking about that.

 

The scatterplot for Colocalisation Finder seems to be in grayscale as
well rather than red/green or pseudo-colour?
