ColocalizeRGB plugin

Dear All,

 

I'm trying out various plugins for colocalisation analysis and I'm not
sure why but when I use the ColocalizeRGB plugin, the colocalised pixels
on the RGB overlays are shown in white not in red, green, etc.

 

I am finding the same thing with some of the other plugins, e.g.
Colocalization, Colocalization Thresholds, etc.

 

Can anyone suggest why this is happening? Or have the plugins changed
and these pixels are now supposed to be displayed in white?

 

Any help would be appreciated. I apologise if I have missed something in
an update.
