I'm trying to create a simple macro that will automatically run Color Threshold and Analyze Particles in succession. However, does anybody know how I get the macro to automatically set specific settings whenever it runs Color Threshold? I'm relatively new to ImageJ and very new to macros so forgive me if it's really basic
