sorry this is probably a really simple request.
Some papers show a nice colocalization image next to a rgb image with just the colocalised colour extracted on its own. I want to demonstrate the yellow from colocalized green and red images in a new image. I have no need to quantify it at this stage. How should I do this? Ive tried various combinations of tools off the colour menu but cant get the yellow on a separate image.
