Hello everyone,
I have two questions about using ImageJ: 1. Can I rotate an ROI that is drawn manually on the image? 2. How to change the line color of the ROI drawing? Thanks, Ping Wang -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |

How to change the line color of the ROI drawing? Use the Edit>Options>Colors command to change the default selection color. Double click on the point tool icon as a shortcut. Use the Edit>Selection>Properties command to change the color of the current selection. Press the “y” key as a shortcut. In the “Properties” dialog you can change the selection’s name, its stack position, its stroke color and its fill color. To set a color, enter a name such as “red”, “yellow”, etc., or a three digit hex number, for example “00ff00” (green). Enter a four digit hex number to set a transparent color, for example “80ff0000” (50% red). -wayne -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |

wayne,
Sorry to bother you again, do you know how to stop the auto-close feature for Polygon selections? (when I draw an ROI with polygon selection, the ROI often closes automatically before I finish it) Best, Ping > Date: Sat, 7 Feb 2015 14:07:20 +0000 > From: [hidden email] > Subject: Re: ROI questions > To: [hidden email] > > On Feb 7, 2015, at 5:27 AM, WangPing <[hidden email]> wrote: > > > > Hello everyone, > > > > I have two questions about using ImageJ: > > > > 1. Hi Ping,
the "Polygon Selection" (3rd tool from the left) is for closed polygons only. For open polygons, right-click the line icon (5th tool form the left) and select "Segmented Line". http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/docs/guide/146-Part-IV.html Michael ________________________________________________________________ On Feb 9, 2015, at 18:42, WangPing wrote: > wayne, > Sorry to bother you again, do you know how to stop the auto-close feature for Polygon selections? > (when I draw an ROI with polygon selection, the ROI often closes automatically before I finish it) > Best, > Ping > >> Date: Sat, 7 Feb 2015 14:07:20 +0000 >> From: [hidden email] >> Subject: Re: ROI questions >> To: [hidden email] >> >> On Feb 7, 2015, at 5:27 AM, WangPing <[hidden email]> wrote: >>> >>> Hello everyone, >>> >>> I have two questions about using ImageJ: >>> >>> 1.
