Command for import image sequence?

jeampz
Hi everyone,

I'm Relatively new to imagej but I'm finding that I'm having to import a series of images that are in one directory multiple times by going file>import image sequence.

Is there a way to do this automatically from the command line? I can do fiji * which obviously opens everything so is there some option like fiji --imagesequence * ?

Any help would be appreciated as it would save a lot of time!

Many thanks,

jeampz

Hi jeampz,

this task is easy to solve and you even don't need to use the command
line. Just select "Plugins > Macros > Record" and than open a series by
using "File > Import > Image Sequence...". The Recorder window will show
the macro command that can be used to open a image sequence. Selecting
"Create" will open the macro editor.

Best regards,
