Compile and Run ImageJ´s plugins in Eclipse without ImageJ´s toolbar

Hi friends:
I don´t know if is posible compile and run a plugin in eclipse but no through the ImageJ´s toolbar, namely i don´t want the frame of ImageJ appears , I follow the tutorial of Patrick "The ImageJ Eclipse Howto", i only achieve the first method where at final appear the little window of ImageJ.

I´m going to develop a project about ear recognition since the edges in Java language, i never use ImageJ but it has good references.

Please i need some help and orientation.

If you want to get rid of all graphics:

If you just want to get rid of imageJ toolbar:

IJ.getInstance().setVisible(false);
