My name is Henky Irawan, iam a master
degree student of Aquatic science in Burapha
University- Thailand .
Now I do a research about how to
develop protocol for chilled storage and cryopreservation of seabass sperm, I
try to use the Computer assisted sperm analysis using ImageJ software for
analyze the motility of the sperm but I have problem how to operate the
software.
I all ready follow the step in Computer assisted sperm analysis using ImageJ;
description of necessary components and use of free software but I didn’t get how to process the
image/video file the get the result
I hope if you all kindly to help me to give the more detail
information step/tutorial how to analyze fish sperm motility using ImageJ software. And if you know is
there any research that have been using the Image software for sperm analyze, I
hope you can inform it to me.
The hardware that I use:
laptop/note book,
intel centirno 1,60 GHz processor Digital
microscope with resolution 640X480 pixel and magnification 100/200/450X
