Hi,
Is there any way to copy channel LUTs and display mappings from one
multichannel image to another?
I often work with multiple 16-bit composite images or hyperstacks that need
manual adjustment of display levels with brightness and contrast and LUT
reassignment. I would like to adjust one hyperstack and copy the display
mappings (different for each of three channels) to many other hyperstacks. I
know that I can combine many [channel + z] hyperstacks into one [channel + z
+ time] hyperstack, but this only works if they have the same number of
z-slices, which is rarely the case. Also, these stacks are generally too large to open
more than two of at the same time.
