Dear Image J users,
I am doing live imaging in X,Y,T dimensions using olympus FV1000 confocal
set up. I am particularly interested in the average intensity of a choosen
Region of Interest. The problem is that I observe a shift of 4 to 5 pixels
from first to last frame (most likely it is not a z- drift).
I would be grateful if anyone can help me to correct this drift so that I
can quantitate my data with more accuracy.
