Counting and measuring multicellular organisms

Hi,

I am trying to count an image of 50-100 larval prawns. I have attached a sample of the picture. I have used threshold and analyse particles, but it doesn't seem to give an accurate count. When I have got the counting process perfected, I will be counting over 60 pictures per day. Could someone please instruct me on which plugin/s to use and the steps required?
