I stained a tissue slice with trypan blue and took a regular color picture of it through a microscope. I am now trying to figure out how to analyze the amount of blue present (so that eventually I can compare the amount of blue that shows up in different treatment groups). So my question is... how do I quantify the amount of blue using imagej? Is there a way to simply count the number of blue pixels? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - thank you!
