Dear team and users of ImageJ,
I want to create a 3-D-model of the birds' ear and I'm using Fiji/TrakEM 2.
Until now I can create a colored body in a black room, but I'd like to have
the object(color is good, so I can find it easily) in context to its
surroundings. Isn't it possible to create a 3-D-model with a slight
transparent setting?
Also it would be great to look inside of my 3-D-model and see the structures
in it without having to draw a line around everything by hand. So I would
like to combine 2 different techniques (visualisation and segmentation).
Does anyone have experience with that our knows a tutorial or program that
could help me? Thanks a lot!
Anna
