ImageJ self-recognises the origin (x=0,y=0) to either the top left or bottom left corners of your input image. My question is: is it possible to define the origin (x=0 and Y=0) to any point on my image, say e.g. center of the image?
This is to modify the origin point of determine changes to distance to cell movement from time 0h to 24h.
