Decellularised Tissue Analysis

OmaerS
Hi,

I am looking for some advice on any quantitative analysis methods/tools which might be used on decellularised tissue which has been stained wih H&E and Elastin-VG. The number of nuclei present will be very low and therefore I am looking for any other means of analysis which might have been done on this type of tissue. Thanks.

I uploaded a file named “Daniel Climbing out of his crib.mp4” which won’t open.
It’s just an example, most MP4 videos won’t open. True, they are not very scientific, but there’s good science that can be done with them
any help appreciated
Zeev

I assume that this is the same problem as you have already reported
here:

http://fiji.sc/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=446

...in which case those of us who are working on it will continue to address
the problem there.
