December list archive unavailable?

I've been unable to reach or see any links for the list archives for December 2017. Have others encountered this? I'm posting this message to determine if it shows up in the November archive.

Either I submitted this question at just the right moment or it had magical instantaneous curative powers, as the December archive has now gone live. Thanks to whoever may have helped resolve this.
