Delaunay_Voronoi plugin

Jędrzejas, Magdalena
Hello,

Im trying to make a voronoi diagram from my image using Delaunay_Voronoi plugin, but when I click OK nothing happens.

What may be the reason?

Magda

I confirm that I experience the same behavior with the latest Fiji, as well
as the "Lifeline" version. But the maintainer of the Delaunay Voronoi
plugin is currently on holiday so it may be awhile before this issue is
investigated.

If you want to make sure it gets remembered and addressed, you can file a
bug report in the Fiji issue tracker using the command Help > Report a Bug.

Regards,
Curtis

I am back!

So I tried to reproduce, and I did the following (you might want to
describe exactly what you did next time when you report a bug, too, to
make it easier for those who might be able to help you to reproduce):

1) File>Open Samples>Blobs

2) Plugins>Analyze>Delaunay Voronoi (leave every setting as-is, i.e. only
the 'interactive' box is checked, the mode is Delaunay)

3) Choose the Point tool (i.e. the 7th tool from the left in the main
   window)

4) Select the first point by clicking into the image, select subsequent
points by holding down the Shift key while clicking into the image

This gives me a very nice Delaunay triangulation of the selected points.

This is in general the best way to report bugs, but you were lucky: I
finally got back to this mail ;-)

Hi Dscho,

Thanks for the detailed instructions on how to use the Delaunay Voronoi
plugin. From the wiki page (http://fiji.sc/Delaunay_Voronoi), it was not
clear to me how to use it.

To remedy potential future confusion of others, I added your instructions
to the wiki page.

Regards,
Curtis

Thank you so much! I actually hoped that Magda would do it, by way of
saying thanks for both the plugin and my explanations.
