Hi Achala,
with the current daily build (1.52c22) and the 'T1 Head' (available via File>Open Samples) sample stack I tried deleting the first, last and a slice in between. No problem. I also tried with a virtual stack opened via File>Import>Image Sequence and selecting 'Virtual stack'. Maybe you have a virtual stack (created by some plugin) that does not support deleting slices. E.g. the virtual stack generated with Help>Examples>Javascript>Terabyte VirtualStack does not support deleting slices. The release notes mention a problem with deleting the last slice of a viartual stack, fixed in 1.53b, but I don't think that this is the cause of your problem. Nevertheless, make sure that you update ImageJ. Hi Michael,
I got the issue. What I have now are microscopic images of .OIR file, which doesn't allow deletion of slices unlike .lsm files. I was unaware of that. Thanks for the help. Hello
Maybe you just need to save this stack as .tif and delete Z slice in that stack. Have a good day. -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html |
hello,
I checked it. Although a long process, it works fine. Many Thanks.
