Determine the Western Blot intensity

Hi, I need suggestion on determine the western blot intensity. After measuring my WB by Image J, it gives me several data serials including Mean and IntDen. So which serial I should use. Any suggestions?

I think the information you are looking for is explained step by step in the measurements section of the manual, scroll down the page and you will find and explanantion for each one of the measurements that can be recorded, including the Mean and Std Dev.
