Diffraction Pattern Image Measurements

A new user to ImageJ here, working hard to come up to speed, some very
useful features here.  One application I'd like to use it for is for
measurement of diffraction pattern images in reciprocal space.
 
My apologies if this has already been covered, I did a search of the
archives without much success.  That said, Is there a way to, either
directly or using one of the plethora of plugins, set ImageJ up to perform
diffraction pattern measurements - not looking for any sort of automation,
just an ability to make some manual measurements.

We measure X-ray and neutron Laue diffraction patterns with ImageJ.
There is nothing special about measuring diffraction patterns. See:
