Draw rectangle is not displaying properly when ZOOM Out in ImageJ

vmunukutla
Hi,

I have opened an image of dimension 2000 X 2500  in ImageJ.
When I "Zoom Out"  and draw a rectangle on the image, the rectangle is not
drawn completely. I could see a part of  rectangle only.

Thanks,
Phanikanth

Just a guess here, but I think it is being drawn correctly -
it is just 1 pixel wide which, at that resolution, doesn't
render on the screen (which is probably not able to display a
2000x2500 image with a 1:1 pixel correspondence).  Go ahead
and "draw" the rectangle, then zoom in - you should find that
it drew the rectangle one pixel wide just fine.

If you want to make a box that is wider than 1 pixel - there
is a menu option to change the pixel width of lines, boxes,
etc.

John
