Exporting FFT data at multiple points

Zsolt Geretovszky
Hi,

I just started to enjoy the endless possibilities ImageJ offers.
It is incredible!

The first thing I am working on is to evaluate high resolution
TEM images and measure lattice constants on them. I calibrated
the images and did FFT on them. It works fine, and I can read
the r, theta and intensity values in the status line. However
most of my images have many points to measure. Is there a way
to export these data into a file after I have marked them with
the Point selection tool?

Thanks for your help beforehand,

Zsolt

PS: If anyone knows a document/link that describes further tricks
when doing evaluations like this that would also be of great help
and appreciated.

The Measure command in ImageJ 1.39b records r and theta of point
selections.

Dear Wayne,

It is absolutely fabulous! It really does what I asked for.
I do appreciate your prompt help.
